- O'Bryonville Animal Rescue - The O'Bryonville Animal Rescue is a non-profit, volunteer run organization promoting non-lethal control for feral cat colonies and humane methods to reduce the population of feral cats.
- Labrador Retriever Rescue of Cincinnati, Inc. - A Labrador Retriever Rescue which specializes in Labs and some Lab mixes. The Labs come from owner give-ups, strays, shelters, and special needs cases. The rescue strives to rehabilitate, socialize, crate/house train, and complete all veterinary care for all dogs to get them ready for their new home.
- The League for Animal Welfare - A voluntary, non-profit animal shelter located in Clermont County, Ohio. The shelter houses approximately 80 cats and 40 dogs looking for permanent, loving homes.
- Save the Animals Foundation - STAF has been a sanctuary for over a decade! It is a NO-KILL shelter for abandoned cats and dogs. It was founded in 1988 and is dedicated to providing a loving and safe home for its residents for as long as they live or until they are adopted into a home of their own.

- Save Our Strays - S.O.S. was begun in 1998 to help reduce the number of stray animals through non-lethal means (TNR and Spay/Neuter Programs). The S.O.S. organization is formed by members and volunteers and do not have a shelter. All animals are fostered by members or volunteers in their homes.
- United Coalition for Animals - UCAN is a non-profit organization founded in 2001 with the purpose of providing spay/neuter as a solution to pet overpopulation. UCAN's early efforts focused on a voucher program, through which they partnered with 49 area veterinarians to perform services.
- Alley Cat Allies - It is the national nonprofit clearinghouse for information on feral and stray cats. For more than a decade Alley Cat Allies has advocated Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) - the most humane and effective method to reduce feral cat populations.
- Wildwood Pet Network - The Wildwood Pet Network (WPN) was founded in 1996 as a way to quickly reunite lost animals with their families. We have developed a system of procedures and strategies which are successful in reuniting the lost animal with their family in almost 90% of cases when each step is followed.
